Its sole shareholder is the State of Salzburg.

Whistleblowing
The Museum der Moderne Salzburg has a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of illegal or unethical behavior. To ensure that our high standards are upheld, we have set up a dedicated reporting channel - whistleblowing(at)mdmsalzburg.at - for internal and external stakeholders. The e-mail address allows misconduct to be reported confidentially and anonymously. All reports are taken seriously, carefully checked and treated in strict confidence. Please be assured that you will not suffer any disadvantages as a result of reporting.
