From 2024: Free entry for all under 19

In 2024, all children and young people up to the age of 18 will be able to visit both sites of the Museum der Moderne Salzburg free of charge (Mönchs-berg and Altstadt/Rupertinum). Thanks to an excellent collaboration with Salzburg AG Tourismus GmbH, riding in the MönchsbergAufzug elevator will also be free for them. The Museum der Moderne Salzburg is thereby taking a further step towards opening up to a young public. This has been a particular focus of attention since Harald Krejci became Director.
