Performance by Raphael Vogel with Juliane Liebert and Daniel Roth

You can expect a musical revue about yodeling work, ashamed and brave horses, love and Mr. Nowak. A performative musical sculpture for both ears.

Juliane Liebert (1989 Halle an der Saale, DE – Berlin, DE) is a writer and journalist for Der SpiegelSüddeutsche Zeitung, Die Zeit and other media. She writes prose and poetry, was a lecturer in poetry at the University of Applied Arts, Vienna, and has published several books.

Daniel Roth (1981 Berlin, DE) is a poet and contemporary artist. He is the founder of the Wolf Cinema in Weserstraße, Berlin, and starred in the film Las Vegas (ZDF). Today Roth pursues a career as an interdisciplinary artist.

Raphaela Vogel’s (1988 Nuremberg, DE – Berlin, DE) artistic practice opens up an enigmatic world within a variety of themes, materials, and techniques, ranging from paintings on animal hides to expansive spatial installations, video sculptures and sound sculptures. Her works have been exhibited in solo exhibitions at De Pont Museum Tilburg, Haus der Kunst Munich, Kunsthalle Basel, the Nam June Paik Art Center, Gyeonggi-Do, the Fondation Cartier, Paris, the 2022 Venice Biennale and elsewhere.

Curated by Marijana Schneider (curator) and Lisa Moravec (guest curator).
