Never grow up: summer party of the Museum der Moderne Salzburg

We are celebrating the summer, the new roof at the Altstadt (Rupertinum) location, and last but not least, the 20th birthday of the Museum der Moderne Salzburg on the Mönchsberg! To mark the occasion, we are transforming the Rupertinum into a summer night party with a program for art enthusiasts and those who aspire to be.

Some Highlights:

• 4.30 PM tour: More than books! Librarian Stefanie Grünangerl guides through the Generali Foundation Study Center and the exhibition Come & See! The film and video collection of the Generali Foundation (Tour will be held in german)

• 4 & 8 PM Tour: From Hundertwasser to Reiterer – The (Architectural) History of the Rupertinum (Tour will be held in german)

• Music: Soul, Funk & jazzy Hip Hop by Sam Pelroc
  Analog Inputs, Flowin' Outputs. With love to analog influences, Sam Pelroc is a digital media allrounder, DJ, beat producer, passionate collector of the black gold and has been flowin' to classic Soul/Funk/Jazz/Hip-Hop rhythms throughout his life. Sam Pelroc is also a known member and artist of the non-profit association Klubkulturklub vierundvierzig for the promotion of contemporary music culture and club culture within Salzburg's music scene. The vinyl collection he has amassed over the years should no longer be withheld from our ears.

• 7.15 PM Showact: Art meets Comedy with ALPINE FOOLS
  Who knew the local comedy scene was so international? ALPINE FOOLS is Salzburg's first English-speaking stand-up collective. Coming from over ten different countries, these comedians have something for every type of humour. And so every live show becomes a cultural exchange with a punchline.
